- Ability to do enhancements / add new modules & customizations as per requirements
- Configuration and manage upgrades
- Assist ICT team in all levels to get the projects delivered
- Resolve business users day to day queries of deployed application
- Act as Level 1 point of contact and escalation for any application issues and incidents
- Assist in requirement gathering & site training needs
- Ensure that Functional & technical documentation is regularly maintained and used
- Ongoing Content management activities for business users.

- Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or any related IT field
- MSD365 certification ERP or CRM(optional)
- ITIL Foundation Level Certified
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications
- Experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of IT staff, managers, and subject matter experts
- Ability to diagnose Root Cause Analysis of problems in a complex environment and to provide effective solutions quickly and reporting of same.
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative in a demanding
- Ability to generate documentation and keep existing documentation
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT first-line support role, application support role, or the relevant equivalent
- Good knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems with an emphasis on Windows desktop
- Able to serve as a subject matter expert for all applications involved in operation Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Microsoft Dynamic365)
- Knowledge and Special Skills
- Abilityto produce and consolidate metric and service reports
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets and communicate the solution viathe Service Desk or other support personnel
- Candevelop or adapt material for training Validate change requests and bug fix requirements while liaising with Development team
- Testingskills for new application functions, releases and promotions
- Liaises with other Business application groups day to day operations

Job Purpose
An Application Technical Consultant is responsible, under supervision, for resolving all internal developed and vendor managed application, including managing application training, upgrades, coordinating with vendors on new application patches etc. and carrying out other tasks as defined
and directed by the ICT Manager.
